1. How much does your jewelry cost?
Our jewelry prices vary depending on the ring setting, design of the stone, and DNA inclusions used. Each piece is unique and tailored to your specific preferences, ensuring that it reflects your personal journey.

2. How much DNA do you need for a piece of jewelry?
For Breastmilk jewelry, we only need 5ml of breastmilk. However, we are always accommodating and can work with smaller quantities if needed. For ashes, we require 1-2 teaspoons. If you have other ideas for DNA inclusions, please reach out to discuss the requirements.

3. How do I mail my DNA inclusions to you?
For Breastmilk, we ask that it be sent in a capped medicine-like syringe and placed in a ziploc bag. You can easily find the capped syringes on Amazon. For ashes, please double bag them in a ziploc baggie. Regardless of the inclusion type, kindly write your name on the bag. Please mail the inclusions in a secure bubble mailer. The address for mailing will be provided upon placing your order.

4. What is the turnaround time for orders?
The longest part of the process is waiting for your jewelry setting to arrive by mail. To be safe, we estimate that it will take approximately one month to complete and ship your order. Rest assured, we will work diligently to complete your personalized piece as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

5. Is there anything else I should know?
For ashes, any unused remains will be sent back to you with your order. Regarding Breastmilk jewelry, you will have the option to have any remaining breastmilk sent back with your order or stored securely for up to a year in case you decide to have additional pieces made.
